A. With other users of the Platform
To enable rentals, we may share certain information between Hosts and Renters, such as:
- Name
- Profile details
- Verification status
- Listing and booking details
- Messaging content
- Pickup/return details
- Limited contact or transaction information as needed to complete a rental
B. With service providers
We may share information with third parties that help us operate the Platform, including providers for:
- Hosting and infrastructure
- Payments and payouts
- Identity verification
- Fraud prevention and security
- Analytics
- Communications

- Forms and workflow tools
- Marketing and advertising
These providers may process information on our behalf subject to contractual or other appropriate safeguards.

Tooleo does not store full payment card details or raw identity documents directly on its own systems; in all cases, that information is collected and processed by specialized third-party providers acting on our behalf.
